What is a Blue Advantage® listing?
A MAIN OFFICE® Blue Advantage listing is an MLS listing designed to allow experienced sellers the opportunity to save one half of a six percent real estate commission by doing some of the leg work themselves. |

What do you mean by “experienced seller”?
We mean sellers who are familiar with the details of a real estate transaction after the sale has taken place.
For example:
- Arranging and managing their Home Inspection
- Managing any repair list generated from the Home Inspection
- Managing the Buyers Mortgage reporting process
- Appraiser and appraisal management
- Pest inspection or Termite inspection and certificate management
- Working with the title company on closing details
- Obtaining and providing their existing mortgage detail information

What is the Blue Advantage® commission rate?
Commission rate is 3%. |

Are there any other cost?
Yes, an amount equal to 1/2 of 1% of your asking price or $695, whichever is more. This amount is payable immediately upon the listing of your property. |

What is the pre-paid amount for?
To cover the cost of your personal assistant, real estate agent professional and MAIN OFFICE® preparation, packaging and sales presentation to the Shreveport Bossier City MLS for REALTORS®.
This packaging includes digital photos, uploading to the Shreveport Bossier City MLS System, Realtor.com, and Centralized Showing - creating your personal listing report web page and listing journal, MyMainOffice.com and key agent alerts. |

Is the amount due upon listing my property in addition to the 3% commission?
No, upon the actual closing of your sale, any amounts paid are applied to the total 3% agreed upon commission rate. |

Do I have to pay the Broker that sells my house a commission too?
No, the MAIN OFFICE® compensates the co-operating broker from the total 3% commission earned. |

Is the documentation fee refundable if my house doesn't sell?
No, the documentation fee is not refundable under any circumstances. |

If I decide to upgrade to the Gold Performance® Plan, do I lose my documentation fee?
Absolutely not. If you upgrade to the Gold Performance listing plan, any amounts paid will be credited to the total commission upon the sale of your house. |

Does the Blue Advantage® listing plan include print media advertising?
No, there is no guaranteed print media advertising. Your house may be advertised in the Shreveport Times, Real Estate Book or other special print media solely at the discretion of the MAIN OFFICE®. |

Does the Blue Advantage listing plan include open houses?
No, there are no guaranteed open houses. Your house may be held open at the sole discretion of the MAIN OFFICE®. (of course with your permission) |
