That you understand it is not a discount commission program and you will not try and use this FREE service for that purpose.
 
This agreement in no way obligates you to list your home. Use this FREE service for as long as you want.
 
If your circumstances change and you elect to use a Realtor, this agreement does obligate you to give the MAIN OFFICE® and your real estate agent professional the first opportunity. This agreement prohibits you from paying a real estate commission to another broker while taking advantage of this FREE service.
 
3 - Real Estate Agency Disclosure, a document disclosing to consumers an agents responsibilities to their clients as required by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
